Delicious cinnamon sugar pumpkin donut holes, perfect for fall.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sugar (for coating)
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon (for coating)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, oil, and vanilla.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt.
  4. Gradually mix dry ingredients into the pumpkin mixture.
  5. Form small balls and place on a greased baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Mix sugar and cinnamon for coating.
  8. Roll warm donut holes in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
