Delicious cinnamon sugar pumpkin donut holes, perfect for fall.
Ingredients

- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sugar (for coating)
- 1 tbsp cinnamon (for coating)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, oil, and vanilla.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into the pumpkin mixture.
- Form small balls and place on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon for coating.
- Roll warm donut holes in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Best served warm.
- Can substitute pumpkin with sweet potato puree.
