Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease and flour a bundt pan.
  3. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  5. Add eggs one by one, then mix in the vanilla and sour cream.
  6. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  7. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon.
  8. Pour half the batter into the bundt pan, sprinkle with half the cinnamon mixture, then add the remaining batter and top with the rest of the cinnamon mixture.
  9. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Let cool for 10 minutes before inverting onto a plate.
