- 250g cream cheese
- 200g sour cream
- 150g sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 200ml coconut cream
- 50g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add sour cream, coconut cream, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Incorporate eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
- Sift in flour and salt, then stir until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a lined springform pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until the top is golden and the center is slightly jiggly.
- Let it cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Serve chilled for the best texture.
- Top with toasted coconut flakes if desired.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
