Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  2. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight.
  4. In the morning, stir the oats and add more coconut milk if needed.
  5. Serve with additional shredded coconut or fruit if desired.
