Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine rolled oats, coconut milk, shredded coconut, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, stir the oats and add more coconut milk if needed.
- Serve with additional shredded coconut or fruit if desired.

- Adjust sweetness to your taste.
- Can be made with other types of milk.
