Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded coconut, crushed pineapple, almond flour, honey, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Form the mixture into small bites or balls.
- Place the bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before serving.
