  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, dark rum, shredded coconut, cornstarch, and salt.
  3. Heat the mixture over medium heat until it thickens, stirring constantly.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Pour the filling into the pre-made pie crust.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes.
  7. Let the pie cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  8. Top with whipped cream before serving.
