Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Mix in heavy cream, coffee, and vanilla.
- Gradually add flour and mix until combined.
- Pour the mixture into a springform pan.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until the top is burnt and the center is set.
- Cool at room temperature and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
