- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup brewed coffee
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Remove from heat and stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
- Add flour, cocoa powder, and brewed coffee; mix until smooth.
- Pour half of the batter into a greased baking pan.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the batter.
- Top with the remaining batter and swirl with a knife.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Serve with vanilla ice cream for a treat.
- Adjust coffee strength to taste.
