Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cottage cheese and eggs until smooth.
- Add almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir to combine.
- Gently fold in blueberries.
- Pour the batter into a lined baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before slicing.
