Ingredients

- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the hot oil.
- Fry until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Let cool before serving.
