- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture onto the baking sheet, flattening them into thin rounds.
- Spray the tops lightly with cooking spray.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- Let cool before serving.
