Ingredients

  • 1 lb crab meat
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cups seafood stock
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
  3. Pour in white wine, cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add seafood stock and bring to a boil.
  5. Stir in crab meat and shrimp.
  6. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  7. Reduce heat, stir in heavy cream and paprika.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Blend until smooth if desired.
  10. Serve hot.
