Description
A rich and creamy seafood bisque made with crab and shrimp.
Ingredients

- 1 lb crab meat
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cups seafood stock
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Pour in white wine, cook for 2 minutes.
- Add seafood stock and bring to a boil.
- Stir in crab meat and shrimp.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Reduce heat, stir in heavy cream and paprika.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Blend until smooth if desired.
- Serve hot.
