A refreshing salad with a mix of tangy cranberries and crisp apples.
Ingredients

- 4 cups green cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup red cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup carrots, grated
- 1 cup apples, diced
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine green cabbage, red cabbage, carrots, apples, and dried cranberries.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to coat.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve chilled and enjoy.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Use fresh apples for best flavor.
