  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for icing)
  • 2 tablespoons milk (for icing)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
  2. In a saucepan, heat milk and butter until warm. Add yeast and let sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Add the egg and mix until smooth.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
  5. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  6. Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Spread cranberries and nuts evenly.
  7. Roll the dough tightly and slice into rolls.
  8. Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  9. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes.
  10. Mix powdered sugar and milk for icing. Drizzle over warm rolls.
