A delicious baked casserole combining apples and cinnamon with French toast.

- 6 slices of bread, cubed
- 2 cups of diced apples
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup of butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla.
- Add the bread cubes and diced apples to the mixture and stir to combine.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Drizzle melted butter over the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm with maple syrup.
- Can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator.
- Adjust the sugar based on apple sweetness.
