Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
- Fold in cranberries gently.
- Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
- In another bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, and melted butter to create crumbs.
- Sprinkle the crumb mixture over the pie filling.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set.
- Allow to cool before serving.
