Description
A sweet and spicy treat made from cranberries and jalapeños.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 cup sliced jalapeños
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Rinse cranberries and remove any stems.
- Slice jalapeños and remove seeds for less heat.
- In a pot, combine sugar and vinegar. Heat until sugar dissolves.
- Add cranberries and jalapeños to the pot.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 10 minutes until cranberries burst.
- Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
- Let cool and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
Notes
- Adjust jalapeño quantity for desired spice level.
- Serve as a condiment or snack.
