A spicy and tangy dip made with cranberries and jalapenos.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine cranberries and jalapeno.
- In another bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Add green onions, cilantro, lime juice, and salt to the cream mixture.
- Fold in the cranberry and jalapeno mixture.
- Transfer to a baking dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
- Serve warm with chips or crackers.
Notes
- Adjust jalapeno amount for spiciness.
- Can be prepared a day ahead and baked before serving.
- Garnish with extra cilantro if desired.
