Instructions

  4. Bake for 15 minutes.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together granulated sugar, eggs, lemon juice, lemon zest, and salt.

  7. Pour the filling over the baked crust.
  8. Bake for an additional 25-30 minutes until set.
  9. Let it cool completely before cutting into squares.
