- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup maple syrup

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine Brussels sprouts, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20 minutes until tender and slightly browned.
- Meanwhile, in a saucepan, combine cranberries, orange juice, and maple syrup.
- Cook over medium heat until the cranberries burst and the sauce thickens.
- Pour the cranberry sauce over the roasted Brussels sprouts.
- Toss to combine and serve warm.
