- 1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions
- In a saucepan, melt cream cheese over low heat.
- Add Rotel tomatoes and stir to combine.
- Mix in cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook until the cheese is melted and the mixture is hot.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.
Notes
- For extra spice, use hot Rotel.
- Can be made in a slow cooker for easy serving.
