Description
Cream cheese stuffed mini peppers are a delicious appetizer.
Ingredients

- 12 mini bell peppers
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut mini peppers in half and remove seeds.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each pepper half with the cheese mixture.
- Place stuffed peppers on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use any color mini peppers for variety.
- Can substitute other cheeses as desired.
- These can be made ahead and stored in the fridge before baking.
