Instructions
- Press the tofu to remove excess moisture.
- Cube the tofu and pan-fry until crispy.
- In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
- Add sliced cucumbers to the dressing and mix well.
- Top the salad with crispy tofu and sesame seeds.
- Serve chilled.
