Creamy Cajun Chicken Spaghetti with Garlic Mozzarella Sauce is a flavorful dish that combines tender chicken, creamy sauce, and pasta.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken with Cajun seasoning.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  4. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  5. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  7. Add mozzarella and stir until melted and creamy.
  8. Toss in cooked spaghetti and mix well.
  9. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.

Notes

  • Feel free to adjust the spice level by adding more or less Cajun seasoning.
