Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and ranch dressing mix.
- Add green onions and mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a ball.
- Roll the cheese ball in chopped pecans and parsley until fully coated.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Serve with crackers or vegetables.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add jalapenos.
- Can be made a day ahead.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
