- 1 lb steak, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta shells according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add sliced steak and cook until browned.
- Add garlic, broccoli, and bell peppers to the pan.
- Sauté until vegetables are tender.
- Stir in heavy cream and cheese until melted and creamy.
- Add cooked pasta shells to the mixture.
- Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve warm.
