Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions.
  2. In a pot, boil broccoli for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  4. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  5. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  7. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  8. Add cooked pasta and broccoli to the sauce. Toss to combine.
  9. Season with salt and pepper.
  10. Serve hot.

Notes

  • You can substitute chicken with cooked shrimp or tofu.
  • For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
