Description
A rich and creamy pasta dish with chicken and broccoli in a delicious Alfredo sauce.
Ingredients

- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions.
- In a pot, boil broccoli for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Add cooked pasta and broccoli to the sauce. Toss to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- You can substitute chicken with cooked shrimp or tofu.
- For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
- Add more vegetables as desired.
