Description
A rich and creamy eggnog jam perfect for spreading on toast or biscuits.
Ingredients

- 2 cups eggnog
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine eggnog, sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and butter.
- Let the jam cool down.
- Transfer to jars and refrigerate.
