Ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup crispy fried onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Trim and wash the green beans.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic.
  4. Add green beans to the skillet and sauté for 5 minutes.
  5. In a bowl, combine heavy cream, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
  6. Mix the creamy mixture with the sautéed green beans.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes.
  9. Top with crispy fried onions and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
