Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 cup Basmati rice
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Remove the chicken and set aside.
- Add heavy cream, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper to the pan.
- Return chicken to the pan and simmer for another 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook Basmati rice according to package instructions.
- Serve chicken over rice and drizzle with sauce.
