- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, and Greek yogurt.
- Add the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, onion powder, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
