Instructions
- In a bowl, combine coconut milk, chia seeds, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Mix well and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Stir again to prevent clumping.
- Add mango puree and mix until fully incorporated.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, top with diced dragon fruit.
