Ingredients

- 1 pound of sausage
- 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of cream cheese
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 1/4 cup of chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the sausage in a pan over medium heat until browned.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooked sausage and cheddar cheese to the mixture.
- Stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
- Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
- You can add jalapeños for extra heat.
- This dip can be made ahead of time and refrigerated.
