- 1 onion, diced

- 12 ounces cheese tortellini
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the sausage over medium heat.
- Add the onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the heavy cream and tortellini.
- Cook until tortellini is tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add spinach and Italian seasoning, cooking until spinach wilts.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
