- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package tater tots (about 32 ounces)
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Drain excess fat and stir in the cream of mushroom soup, frozen vegetables, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the beef mixture in a greased baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Arrange tater tots on top of the cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the tater tots are golden brown.
Notes
- You can substitute ground turkey for ground beef.
- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables.
- For extra flavor, add onion and garlic to the beef while cooking.
