  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, cooking until soft.
  3. Add mushrooms and sauté until browned.
  4. Stir in white beans and vegetable broth.
  5. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Add heavy cream and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Simmer for another 5 minutes until thickened.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
