Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
- Cut the banana peppers in half and remove the seeds.

- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip each pepper half in the eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated peppers in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
