Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix broccoli, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into small balls or patties.
- Place the poppers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
