Instructions

- Form the mixture into small balls and freeze for 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave.
- Dip each frozen ball into the chocolate and place on a parchment-lined tray.
- Chill in the refrigerator until the chocolate hardens.
