Delicious crispy cotton candy cheesecake bombs that are fun to make and eat.
Ingredients

- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup cotton candy
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in cotton candy gently.
- In another bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
- Form small balls of the cheesecake mixture and roll in the graham cracker mixture.
- Freeze the balls for 1 hour.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave.
- Dip each frozen bomb in melted chocolate.
- Let chocolate set before serving.

- Use any flavor of cotton candy for variety.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- Serve chilled for the best taste.
