- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Clean the enoki mushrooms and trim the ends.
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and pepper.
- Slowly add cold water to the flour mix, stirring until smooth.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Dip enoki mushrooms in the batter.
- Fry in hot oil until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot.
