Description

- 1 package of tortellini (16 oz)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions, then drain and cool.
- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and a mixture of breadcrumbs and Parmesan.
- Dredge each tortellini in flour, dip in eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Fry tortellini in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove and drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with salt and extra Parmesan.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
