Description
Crispy parmesan fried tortellini is a delicious appetizer or snack. It features tortellini coated in a crispy parmesan crust and fried until golden.
Ingredients

- 1 package of tortellini (approximately 9 oz)
- 1 cup of grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- Oil for frying
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a bowl, mix parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip each tortellini in the egg, then coat with the parmesan and breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Add coated tortellini to the pan and fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
Notes
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
