Instructions

- Wash and dry the potatoes.
- Slice the potatoes thinly using a mandoline or sharp knife.

- Add the potato slices to the bowl and toss until coated.
- Stack the slices in a muffin tin or on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
