Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Oil for frying
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
Instructions
- Chop the shrimp into small pieces.
- In a bowl, mix shrimp, breadcrumbs, green onions, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into small balls.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the shrimp balls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve with sweet chili sauce.
