Ingredients

  • 1 cup biscuit mix
  • 2/3 cup milk

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, onion powder, garlic powder, and thyme.
  2. Stir until well mixed.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix biscuit mix and milk until combined.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the biscuit mixture over the chicken mixture in the slow cooker.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until biscuits are cooked through.
  6. Serve hot.
