Description
A comforting and hearty chicken pot pie made in a slow cooker.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 cup biscuit mix
- 2/3 cup milk
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, onion powder, garlic powder, and thyme.
- Stir until well mixed.
- In a separate bowl, mix biscuit mix and milk until combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the biscuit mixture over the chicken mixture in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until biscuits are cooked through.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Adjust vegetable mix based on preference.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
