  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper

Instructions

  1. Add chicken, corn, potatoes, onion, garlic, and bell pepper to the crockpot.
  2. Pour in chicken broth and stir to combine.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, and thyme.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. About 30 minutes before serving, stir in heavy cream.
  6. Adjust seasoning to taste and serve warm.
