Instructions

  1. Place chicken, broth, water, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, thyme, parsley, and bay leaf in the crockpot.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  4. Remove chicken, shred it, and return it to the pot.
  5. Add egg noodles and cook for an additional 30 minutes on high.
  6. Stir and serve hot.
