- 1 lb chicken breast
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups cheese tortellini
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place chicken breast in the CrockPot.
- Add chicken broth, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Shred the chicken in the CrockPot.
- Add heavy cream and cheese tortellini.
- Cook for an additional 20 minutes until tortellini is tender.
- Stir in spinach before serving.
