Description
A hearty and comforting casserole made with ground beef, potatoes, and cheese, cooked slowly in a crockpot.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 medium potatoes, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
- Layer half of the sliced potatoes in the crockpot.
- Add half of the browned beef and half of the onions on top of the potatoes.
- Spread half of the cream of mushroom soup over the meat.
- Sprinkle half of the cheese over the soup.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Pour milk over the top and season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until potatoes are tender.

- Adjust seasoning to your preference.
- Use different types of cheese for variety.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
